We're two expats turned Northern Beaches lifers who live for the coffee-to-cold-beer lifestyle — sunrise surfs at freshie, trail runs on north head, and the occasional ill-advised road trip.

In May 2026 we're driving Gertrude — our silver mkIV VW Golf — 3,000km from Port Douglas to Melbourne for the Shitbox Rally, raising money for Cancer Council Australia. She's covered in rainbows and sparkles, you can't miss her!

We've already been at it — we ran the City2Surf in a cardboard shitbox as our first fundraiser. Gerty is the upgrade.
